Achieving through quality

What we do

Over the last three decades we have been at the forefront of modernising the waste management industry, focusing on new, efficient and environmentally friendly technologies and equipment throughout.  We pride ourselves on being one of the most efficient companies currently in the UK market.

All of our companies are dedicated to the collection and processing of animal by-products, and of more general waste streams, including wood and food . We collect nationally for every level of the food chain – from providing skips for household waste to the collection of animal by-products from slaughterhouses.

Every year we collect and process in excess of 650,000 tonnes of waste material. From this processing operation we produce 130,000 tonnes of “meal” a year, and 70 million litres of purified fats per year.

Leo Sawrij Ltd

The company began as a small, family-run business but is now primarily involved with development of, and investment in, commercial and residential property, both nationally and internationally.
