Recycling

Envirowaste recycles around 80% of the materials which are received into its transfer stations. The waste we receive comes from a variety of trades and industries which are collected in our wide range of skips, bins and containers. We are able to offer an environmentally friendly method of disposing waste throughout West Yorkshire. 

We operate our own specialist skip vehicles to collect the waste and also have many other firms transporting waste to us for disposal. We operate from 2 sites located in Bradford and Halifax. We also recycle all aggregates collected.

Once the material comes back to base, we operate an effective sorting station where we are able to separate the Plastics, cardboards and other material for recycling. Wood materials recovered from skips is recycled by The Big Green Timber Co Ltd, which specialises in breaking down and chipping wood so that it can be used to create new materials, such as MDF. We have recently invested heavily in a brand new chipping machine to further enhance our service.
